Win+R key combination > type “dxdiag” > Enter key > DirectX Diagnostic Tool > Display tab > DirectX Features > check if DirectDraw, Direct3D, and AGP Texture Acceleration appear as Enabled.

Tip: if not, please follow the below steps:
Control Panel > Screen Resolution > Appearance and Personalization > adjust screen resolution > Advanced settings > Troubleshoot tab > Change settings > move the Hardware Acceleration slider to Full.

check if there’s yellow mark next to ADI monitor driver under Device Manager.

Control Panel > “Performance and Maintenance link”/ “System and Security” > System icon > Hardware tab > “Device Manager” option > “Sound, video and games controller” > double click ADI monitor driver:
